Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before the writer is assigned. If the writer has not been assigned & work has not been executed then the entire money paid by the client will be refunded. If your order has already been assigned to the writer and the work has been executed, the order will be considered non-refundable, and refund will be made based on the work done by the writer (deduction will be applicable as per the work done).
- In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

- Refund can only be initiated in the case where the Services/product has not been delivered in due course of time or in cases where an extra amount has been deducted from the user’s payment source.
- Refunds will be made in the client’s original source account of the transaction.
- Refunds can only be initiated after 7 working days and only after approval.
- Refund approval time will be Maximum 15 days from the refund request raised by the client.
- Refund amount will be credited to the client’s source account within 6-7 business working days.
