- Once the payment is completed it binds both the user and the company with all the client requirements.
- We take payment directly in aligned dollars and we don’t accept any crypto currency.
- The order can be altered/changed only on a request made by the user and not otherwise further, it will also be considered that whether or not the expert has started the work or not if not, then the change can be accepted without any additional cost but in case where the writer has already begun with the task then additional cost may be imposed for the further changes.
- It will be the sole responsibility of the company to meet the deadline as decided before accepting the order.
- The delivery of the Services/Content Writing will be done via either e-mail or by sending the orders page in the user’s account on the website, which will be notified to the user once the user opens up the profile. In a case where the user has given the wrong address details/Email where the delivery is to be made then the company will not be held responsible for it.
- If the user/customer is unsatisfied with the work and believes that their instructions/specifications were not followed, the user/customer can request us to rework on the order. Such rework, amendment will be done free of charge by the experts if the request is made within the 7 day window post the delivery of initial order. Reworking or amendment of the work will have a new delivery deadline. In case of any confusion or dispute between the expert and user/customer, our quality control team will assess the conflict and their decision will be final.
- If a request for rework or amendment is made after 7 days of the delivery of completed work order, a new quote will be sent and the rework or amendment will not be free of charge.
- Our company has protection policies for our writers as well. The payment made by the user is credited to the account of the writer just a few weeks after the deadline, and once the payment is credited to the writer’s account. it is considered that the service has been provided and no refund will be made thereafter.
